After the Junction Box being renovated, there will be more cafés and restaurants, and living spaces, which means that the demand for food deliveries will increase. The amount of delivery drivers has increased a lot these days. However, from my own observations their working environment is full of trials, because they usually don’t have a specific place to work. For example, when they have time to rest, they don’t have space to sit even the weather is really bad, and sometimes they have to sit outside. As a result, I think our society needs to provide a space for these delivery drivers.

Hi I'm Pan Huang, I'm from China. I have studied Architecture in Australia in 4 years, now I'm more focusing on Interior Design. I like colourful things and observing things in detail, that's why I'm more interested in Interior Design now. In the future, I hope to pay more attention to the relationship between society and people and space. In my studies at the RCA, I have designed a space for delivery workers, and I hope to explore more spaces that are often neglected by society, as well as neglected groups.
