This is a profile picture of me.

I am Chloe Ke He. “Exploration and growth” is the definition of my whole experience as a service designer so far. During the four years of studying Russian for my BA, I explored various fields and finally found my passion in service design. So I took the leap to join the RCA for more expertise and creativity. And I push myself to absorb knowledge like a sponge and practice what I have learned through all the projects and practices I’ve done here.

This Happy Living Alone project allows me to co-create, develop and validate a simple but more than simple service proposition through interviews, workshops, interactive prototypes, and collaboration with KOL. In this project, I take the role of content builder, strategy analyst, and project manager. Now the new adventure awaits, I am looking forward to applying my expertise in the commercial world and bringing more innovation.
