Statement

The development of the office design from early 20th century to now. For the benefit of employees and a better work experience, the office has become wider. Later, in order to protect women's privacy and adapt to diverse work environments, many partitions were added between workstations. Later, due to these barriers hindering communication between employers, the office began to become more open. Because of Covid-19, many companies can let employees work at home. People usually work in the office to complete some group tasks.

Which direction is the future office design? Perhaps more emphasis should be placed on how to provide work efficiency.

‘You may think working through your breaks will keep your productivity train rolling, but studies show your performance actually gets worse the longer you have to focus on one specific task for an extended period.’
‘Humans just can't concentrate for eight hours in a row; most employees only get two hours and 53 minutes of productive time in an eight-hour day, after all.’

In this project, I am exploring how to provide a new office model to enhance employee happiness while improving work efficiency. I am attempting to use a series of social chain relationships to influence employees' behaviour and actions in the office. To bring them more fun and a better work experience
