Yifan is an interdisciplinary designer who is dedicated to researching service design in the aviation industry.

 Yifan is an interdisciplinary designer with a bachelor's degree in fine arts education. Her work experience has endowed her with a strong sense of empathy. In particular, her one-year experience as a flight attendant has not only honed her abilities in teamwork and customer service but also cultivated her skills in remaining calm and handling challenges in high-pressure environments. Through interactions with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds, she has developed a heightened sensitivity and cross-cultural communication skills.

To gain a better understanding of user needs, problem-solving, and providing innovative solutions, Yifan chose to pursue a degree in service design. Throughout her studies, she has delved deep into key areas such as user experience, human-computer interaction, and design thinking, integrating theoretical knowledge with her creative talents. She has dedicated her research to the field of aviation cabin service, aiming to apply her skills and expertise to enhance the flight attendants work experience and address industry-specific challenges.
