Xuan Duan is an experience designer from China, pursuing an MA in Information Experience Design at the Royal College of Art, UK. She often communicates in the form of interactive installations, digital models, videos, and illustrations.
During her year of study, she became interested in the relationship between mental health and climate change. Her work is based on sound interaction. She is exploring a new way to engage the audience in the emotional effects of climate change (ecological anxiety), using possible non-human natural soundscapes of the future, purifying emotions through sound healing, and reconnecting nature from chaos.
