The inspiration for this project was a visit I made to salt lakes. This was a very powerful experience for me. When I put my hand into the salt lake, it was water and liquid, but when I took my hand out into the air, the water turned into salt crystals and covered my skin. That moment of change made a strong impression. At the moment of my touch, the transition from liquid to solid medium occurred and made visible on my skin the fluid water from the lake.

In this project, I explored a balance between original forms (solid) and changed forms (liquid). To create a textile which shows three age of a material - past, now, and future (combined).

I am presenting my work in an environment with water, rocks, cleanliness, and the human body as a connection point to all the elements in this small world. The human skin has a fabric where the softness of the water and the structured feeling of crystals coexist, In another side, the human wearing this cloth between the flowing water and the irregular white rocks, so that the human is naturally passed through, joins, and changes this world. One is immersed in this story and is empowered to be healed.
