Service Design (MA)

Shivanghi Aggarwal

Hello, I am a service designer with a passion for food and its impact on people and the planet!

I have a background in architecture and innovation strategy, and I am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Service Design at the Royal College of Art.

I grew up in a household and community where food played a central role. This instilled in me a deep appreciation for the intricate systems of all things food, from production to consumption. I am particularly interested in the relationship between food and farming, and I believe that service design can play a role in creating a more sustainable and equitable food system.

In my current project, I am working with small farmers in the UK to understand their challenges and opportunities. I am using this research to develop new service models that can help to support these farmers and make local, sustainable food more accessible to everyone.

I am excited to use my skills and experience to create positive change in the food system. I believe that service design can play a vital role in shaping the future of food, and I am committed to using my skills to make a difference.
