How does landscape video as a drug¹ help patients reduce anxiety? Through landscape videos that means meaningless in the history of art, I discuss how to reduce the stress and suffering of people with anxiety disorder caused by "news of a global emergency."

I used myself as a study subject to see how the forest video in the waiting area soothed my anxiety and pain while waiting for the doctor at the hospital after I cut my finger. The Landscape videos provide space for my spiritual excretion².

On writing a screenshot of a landscape video，I develop practice by mixing narrative with record and daydream. For example: "I realized that landscape video would help me stay calm and that squeezing three hours of landscape video would yield a drop of pure green liquid." Through the combination of fiction literature and non-fiction, thesis and narrative, archive and annotation, I have obtained a complex information text.

 To translate the passage of this complex information text,I adopted the way of lyrics and arrangements³. Make an interview video where I hear AI TV singing a drug introduction⁵ song in my hallucination_{（video 1）}.

Based on the "mental excretion" function of Pure Green, I have established a YouTube channel^1&2  for spiritual stress detoxification, where I use absurd narratives to reconstruct diaries and global anxiety news. "If you develop anal polyps from sitting on the toilet every day and watching the news, you should know what to name it, for example Putin."³ While staring at landscape videos, a grotesque creature（video2）evolves in the mind, consisting only of a mouth and an anus, which is most conducive to excretion. I narrate everything that triggers anxiety in a complaining or excretory manner.

Saiyuan Lee, UCL, Bartlett School of Architecture, Robotics major, Robotics provider. Based on Lee's Emotional Communication and Lee's Robotics Project, the development involves discussing ethical issues in the coevolution of humans and machines.

This project began with an incident where I accidentally cut my finger. While waiting for the doctor, the scenic videos in the hospital waiting area relieved my anxiety and calmed me down. I started paying attention to the scenic videos and came up with a research question: "How can landscape videos be used as a drug to help patients reduce anxiety and pain?

I posed a further question about how the "meaningless elements" in landscape videos can alleviate anxiety and alleviate suffering caused by global emergency news. In the experiment with the "meaningless" in landscape videos, the functions of "meaning digestion" and "meaning fasting" are triggered¹. This involves deconstructing the power structures within the information to transform them into absurdity, thus destroying the "symbols of power and deception"² and achieving the "zero-meaning intake" of anxiety-inducing information. This approach helps individuals alleviate anxiety and avoid suffering. However, a comprehensive "zero intake" can lead to alienation³, and comedy serves as a means to prevent excessive alienation.

Through the process of scanning a screenshot of a landscape video and transcribing it, I analyzed its internal ingredients⁴, deconstructing the image into "the skin of a cold-blooded animal" until "a smiling face."⁵  I then merged the narrative of the image analysis with my personal experience of injuring my finger during the onset of the Russo-Ukrainian War, creating a composition. Using intelligent voice cellos⁶, I performed the composition, combining it with the narrative of Peer Gynt⁷ entering the Mountain King's hall in Henrik Ibsen's play, emulating my own hallucinations in the hospital due to medication.（image1）

In response to Peer's refusal to become a troll at the climax of the narrative, I employed the approach found in Brance's work, exclaiming "no no no,"⁸ to negate everything that caused me anxiety. After negating all power structures, all information transformed into Snake Jazz⁹, and within this negation, I evolved, "By giving up one's own fingers, one will no longer be cut on the fingers, just like a snake, which never hurts its fingers again." which is a form of self-harm¹⁰.

7,Peer Gynt,is a five-act play in verse by the Norwegian dramatist Henrik Ibsen published in 1876. The entire play reflects upon the egoism of early capitalism. Peer Gynt is a selfish individual who lives for himself and desires to become a king. In the second act, he encounters a woman in a green dress who takes him into the palace of the Mountain King, where the troll king offers him the chance to become a troll and marry the green-dressed woman, who is the troll princess and heir to the throne. However, Peer refuses to become a troll. He steals a sack of treasures and attempts to escape but is captured by the trolls and brought back. The troll princess gives birth to a grotesque creature, but Peer claims he never touched her, and the troll king says the creature was conceived in the mind of Peer Gynt. The troll king agrees to spare Peer but demands that he must answer a question: What is the difference between trolls and humans? Peer obtains the answer from a shepherd: Humans, "To thyself be true"; trolls, "Be true to yourself and to hell with the world." In the fourth act, Peer rejects the outside world and becomes his own king on the Isle of the Insane.

10,戴建勇，Dai Jianyong, a Chinese political pop artist, was arrested and imprisoned by the Chinese government in 2015 for creating comedic political pop portraits using the image of President Xi Jinping. Since then, using art to satirize political figures has become a self-destructive act in China.

In the production of "Zero-Meaning intake” , I realized that solely focusing on landscape videos and rejecting all external pressures from the world could lead to alienation. Therefore, as an extension of this part, I created YouTube's Mental Detox Channel 2. It deconstructs news videos to help individuals who don't want to watch anxiety news but also don't want to completely isolate themselves to intake limited anxiety-related information.

Research Assistance Project: Coevolution of Landscapes and Ideologies in digital Hallucinogenic Elements.

Based on current research and reintegration of earlier findings, I have combined early works into a single visual representation, transforming it into an audiovisual installation metaphorically representing a waiting area in a hospital. Using an intelligent television that simultaneously acts as a "scanner, body examination .device, and a toilet filled with hallucinogenic drugs," I deconstruct and reconstruct the headline of the Metro newspaper on February 24, 2022, titled "Putin's 'Full to.'"  I arrived at a conclusion that "Putin's invasion of Ukraine is to secure more toilets for defecation purposes." Therefore, I suggest he use his fingers to stimulate his anus for better excretion.

Beginning with deconstructing a riddle, I involve my own body in the process of interpreting a riddle from my maternal grandmother. "In a well-established city, humans and monkeys walk the same path." Through marking, performing, and archiving the riddle, I discuss how personal bodies and emotions are shaped and harmed by the macro-narrative of social frameworks.
