me

This year I dived deep into software and branched out into 3D narrative animation from my 2D comfort zone, concentrating on characters. Inspirations always come from life and experiences and my imaginations spice up the story. So I came up with a story about long-term relationship of a "washing machine" woman and her "fake facade" husband, using surrealism and absurdism as narrative devices. At this stage, the film is only 1/4 finished due to the tight schedule of this programme.

Red Sock Therapy (Trailer)The marriage of a housewife and her husband is on thin ice. Their lives are deadened and full of cliches. Every night the husband comes home and the wife does the laundry of his fake “facades”. Life goes on until one day the careless husband puts a red sock into the white laundry in the wife’s washing machine...
