In the digital era, characterized by the rapid advancement of technologies like 5G, GPS, and algorithms, personal data sharing and surveillance have become pervasive, resembling a panoramic digital prison. Simultaneously, the recurring outbreaks of epidemics have led to an increase in collective responsibility and the legitimate expansion of public power. Digital technology now enables powerful intervention into individual behaviours.
