Two side-by-side placed weavings in varied types of yarns.
Untitled (Colour fall)In this series of works, colours are woven together or falling down. The varied materiality of yarns and colours stand for different emotions and moods. The consistency and fluidity of weaving reflect the flux and stability in my life experiences.

Statement picture.

Textile is an entity. It extends beyond the surface, communicating itself through fibers to threads, planes to spaces. As an artist and a weaver, I resonate with the tension and sensuality of threads that penetrate every stage of the making. Threads are my material language in capturing and expressing scenes and emotions experienced in everyday life.
