Chloe Lennon creates work that delves into the intricate relationship between man-made/industrial environments and the natural world. Her work aims to express the striking contrasts that exist between these two realms while inviting contemplation on humanity's transformative role in nature.

Capturing the essence of a delicate balance disrupted, her works embody the notion of both aesthetic and ecological disharmony. The ceramic sculptures juxtapose organic elements from nature with rigid structures inspired by human industry, focusing on the divergent materiality and complex textures of these forms.

Her work aims to prompt reflection on the balance between harmonious coexistence and irreversible disruption, encouraging viewers to consider their role as stewards of the planet. The medium of ceramics, both fragile and enduring, serves as a reminder of the complex interplay between humankind's creations and the enduring resilience of nature.

The sculptures explore the consequences of our relentless exploitation of natural resources and serve as a reminder of the irreversible alterations we impose upon the very ecosystems that nurture us. They beckon us to contemplate the disequilibrium between human-made infrastructure and the untamed splendour of the natural world, and to confront the profound beauty we have interrupted.
