What is anxiety to Zimu Ruan?
It is the desire to not be able to manifest the urgency to have.
It is the self-restraint engraved inside the body.
It comes from the pressure of existence at different stages of life.
It comes from the comparisons.
It comes from emotions.
Zimu explores the deeper subject of "anxiety" by looking at the hidden behaviour of the youth and investigating the different forms of expression of desire, to reveal the anxieties and pressures that modern generations confront in the current social environment. By being an individual within a general society, she tries to understand and help them to illustrate the difficulties that exist in their lives.
Zimu's understanding of the thrust of life is to be joyful despite suffering. She wants to be able to step outside of emotions to capture and render the nuances of emotions and anxieties by observing the behaviour of humans. By exploring different media, techniques and styles, to find a fair expression of thought.
