Statement

The author juxtaposed two photographs, both of which are actually herself. She used AI to transform herself into a male figure.

In a masculine culture, the pursuit of material wealth and reputation is seen as a symbol of success, emphasizing competitiveness, praising power, and wealth, while other admirable qualities are overlooked or undervalued. When people evaluate a man, their initial thoughts often revolve around his status and wealth. Both men and women bear the pressure of being scrutinized from a male perspective. In fact, the masculine culture is the common enemy of both men and women.

The challenges faced by women in the workplace are a direct consequence of this value system. In a male-dominated society, there is a tendency to recognize so-called "male traits" such as confidence, decisiveness, and competitiveness. As a result, many women are rejected or face limitations in career advancement because they do not conform to these value preferences. This bias leads to unfair treatment of women. Must women transform themselves into the likeness of men in order to be recognized?

As women, how should we face the judgment of our value within the framework of patriarchy? The author seek to find a weapon for Venus.
