Learn to breathe less in a polluted world.

Location: Kensington Campus

Welcome to Air-Bound London, a world where air pollution defines the boundaries of each borough. In this speculative world, intrigue thrives as borough borders constantly shift, reshaping the very fabric of daily life. Enter Areoprana, a new breath-focused yoga flow designed to improve the respiratory system, enhance lung capacity, and cultivate mental and physical resilience in the face the of fluid council borders dictated by air pollution.

Derived from "aero" (related to air) and "prana" (meaning life force or vital energy), Areoprana instructors possess a deep understanding of air pollution and its impact on the body. They skillfully guide participants through a specialized routine tailored to address the unique challenges posed by shifting council borders and air quality. This practice empowers individuals to embrace adaptability, offering a sense of empowerment as they navigate the geographical and environmental complexities of their surroundings.

By integrating mindfulness, conscious breathing, and physical movement, Areoprana aims to optimize respiratory health, promote mental well-being, and foster a profound connection with the environment. As practitioners immerse themselves in this innovative approach, they embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, resilience, and harmonization with the ever-changing rhythms of their air-pollution-influenced world.
